Rob Moffatt

Rob Moffatt is a financial executive with extensive experience in investor relations, corporate development, and equity analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Investor Relations at RBC Bearings since March 2024, Rob previously held the position of VP, Corporate Development & IR at Innoviz Technologies from September 2022 to March 2024. Rob's background includes a significant tenure at Neuberger Berman, where roles included SVP, Senior Equity Analyst on the Sustainable Equity Team, and VP, Equity Analyst covering the automotive and industrial sectors. Prior experience includes equity research roles at Credit Suisse, Longbow Research, and internships at Munder Capital Management and Patton Investments. Earlier in their career, Rob was the President and Founder of Solara Private Fitness and managed health insurance products at COSE. Academically, Rob holds an MBA in Investment Management from the Wisconsin School of Business and a BA in Economics from Oberlin College.
