Jennifer Spisak has an extensive background in team performance consulting and training within the wealth management sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager in Team Performance Consulting at RBC Wealth Management since July 2020, Jennifer previously held various managerial roles in training and development, as well as consulting positions. Prior to this, from June 2012 to July 2020, Jennifer worked at RBC Dominion Securities as a Learning and Development Specialist and Mobile Classroom Trainer. Jennifer holds a degree from the University of Guelph.
