Shana Jackson

Shana Jackson is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent recruitment and retention. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at RBmedia since December 2024, Shana previously held positions as VP of People & Culture at Andros and VP of Human Resources at Echo360, Inc. Shana's earlier roles include Senior Director and HR Manager at The Teaching Company, and HR Generalist/Recruiter at Claraview, a division of Teradata. Additionally, Shana contributed as a Senior HR Generalist with NVR, Inc., and began a career in marketing as a Marketing Coordinator at the American Advertising Federation. Shana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Roanoke College.
