Darwin Castro

Darwin Castro has extensive experience in the technology and business solutions sector, currently serving as Delivery Director at RCG Global Services since June 2005. In this role, Darwin manages client relationships and leads a team of over 160 offshore resources in delivering various services for a prominent Insurance Business Solutions company, working with major clients such as Allstate and Geico. Prior to this, Darwin held the position of Program Manager in the pharmacy and retail sector, overseeing product development and application sustainment for over 7,000 stores. Earlier career experiences include Operations and Program Manager at CDEC, where Darwin managed large-scale projects for notable clients, and roles at Delbros Inc. and Jardine Caldbeck as an Information Systems Officer and Analyst, respectively. Darwin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Technology from De La Salle University.
