The Product Management and Support team at RCT is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of RCT’s intelligent product ranges, including AusProTec™, ControlMaster®, EarthTrack®, Muirhead®, and SmarTrack®. This team ensures that products are effectively developed, supported, and improved to meet client needs worldwide. Key responsibilities include product development, global parts management, dealer coordination, technical support, and product training to enhance client productivity, efficiency, and safety across various industries.
