Stuart Rappaport

Stuart Rappaport, Esq. is an experienced legal professional specializing in real estate law. Currently serving as Associate Counsel at RD Management LLC since March 2016, Rappaport handles general real estate matters including financings, acquisitions, sales, and lease transactions. Prior to this role, Rappaport owned a law office focused on real estate and corporate matters, and provided legal counsel for Empire State Realty Trust, Malkin Holdings LLC, The Richman Group, and Clinton Capital Corporation.
