Eli Ellefsen

Eli Ellefsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military operations and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Advisor at the United States Naval Special Warfare Command since February 2019, Eli contributes to the maritime component of the United States Special Operations Command, overseeing significant operational and financial responsibilities. As a Fellow at The Honor Foundation since September 2020, Eli supports the unique transition of Navy SEALs into civilian life. Prior experience includes serving as Command Master Chief and Program Manager for SEAL Team ONE from October 2016 to November 2018, where Eli acted as a senior advisor on personnel and operational matters during critical missions, including Operation Inherent Resolve. Eli holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Charleston, completed in 2020.
