Peyton Moore

Peyton Moore is an Associate Developer at REA Group, participating in the Springboard to Tech program since February 2021. Previously, Peyton served as a Chef at Melbourne Restaurants from 2012 to 2020, progressing from an apprentice to Head Chef while focusing on culinary anthropology, microbiology, and sustainable food systems. Additionally, Peyton completed a Finance and Accounting Internship at National Energetics in 2015, where responsibilities included managing Accounts Receivables and Payables, as well as writing financial policies and presenting reports to shareholders. Peyton's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Investment Banking, Finance, and Accounting from the University of Arkansas - Sam M. Walton College of Business, ongoing studies in Commercial Cookery at the Victoria Institute of Technology, and self-learning efforts since 2020.
