Laura Barker Morse

Laura Barker Morse holds extensive experience in the fields of management consulting and advisory roles. Laura serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at reacHIRE since May 2016 and has been the Managing Director at Entrepreneurship Ventures, focusing on management development for emerging growth companies, since May 2008. Additional significant positions include Trustee roles at the Boston Museum of Science and Massachusetts General Hospital Physicians Organization. Laura has contributed as a Board Advisor at Concentric Power Inc. and was a member of various committees and advisory boards, including the DFCI Susan Smith Center and Aura Biosciences. Laura's earlier career includes being a Partner at Atlas Venture and Head of Recruiting and Expatriate Services at SWIFT. In 2009, Laura also served as a Visiting Lecturer at MIT/Sloan. Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology from the University of Iowa.
