Cyrille Dayen

Cyrille Dayen is an experienced professional in agile transformation and strategic consulting, currently serving as Directeur conseil and Chief Strategy Officer at Reacteev since November 2022. Prior to that, Cyrille held the position of Head of Agile Transformation at Accor, leading a team of coaches in establishing agile practices and training management across various levels. Experience with multiple organizations includes mentoring Scrum Masters at On train, sharing expertise in digital transformation at Join Lion, and creating the Agile Center at Groupe BPCE, where Cyrille oversaw significant training and project initiatives. Earlier roles included Scrum Master at Fortuneo and Product Owner at OUI.sncf and Solocal, focusing on product value maximization and backlogs management. Cyrille holds a Master 2 degree in Management and New Technologies from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
