Kiely Doerr

Kiely Doerr is an experienced communications professional currently serving as an Account Associate at Real Chemistry since January 2025. Previously, Kiely held the position of Marketing and Communications Specialist at Penn State University, where responsibilities included developing leadership communications and crafting press releases. Internships at Bristol Myers Squibb and AstraZeneca provided valuable exposure to global media relations and corporate communications, with achievements such as preparing executives for international media interviews and launching corporate reputation campaigns. Involvement with Alpha Xi Delta included roles as THON Family Relations Director and Recruitment Chair, along with a position as Communications and Outreach Specialist at the Timothy J. Piazza Center for Fraternity and Sorority Research and Reform, where media engagement significantly increased. Kiely is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations at Penn State University, complemented by international experience in Australia and New Zealand.
