Deepa Janha

Deepa Janha is a seasoned executive in the real estate sector with extensive experience in asset management and leadership. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of DPI Advisors since July 2023, Deepa also holds a long-standing membership with the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC) since January 2010. Previous positions include Head of Asset Management at Langdon Park Capital, Vice President of Asset Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Director at CenterCal Properties, and Principal at Hidden Park Advisors. Deepa's background includes notable roles at Equity One, Inc, AEW Capital Management, and Goldman Sachs, alongside founding Girls Gaining Momentum. Educational credentials include an Advanced Management & Development degree from Harvard University, an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, and a BA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
