Saeed Algarny

Saeed Algarny, MSC, MBA, Ph.D, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Governor for Research and Regulatory Development at the Real Estate General Authority since January 2018, Saeed also held the position of Vice Chairman and Head of the Executive Committee at the Saudi Real Estate Institute from April 2018 to March 2022, where a key objective was to train 40,000 individuals in real estate by 2020. Previous roles include Advisor to the Governor at MonshaatSA and a long tenure at Saudi Telecom Company in various managerial capacities focused on financial planning and project management. Saeed's career began at Advanced Electronics Company, where responsibilities included business development and engineering design. Saeed holds an MBA from the University of Hull, a BS in Computer Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, and has completed an Executive Education Course in Private Equity at London Business School.
