Daria Parker

Daria Parker is currently the compliance manager at RealAmerica, a position they have held since March of 2006. Prior to this, they were the compliance director at Englewood Development Group for 18 years. Daria is responsible for training new site managers, as well as supervising compliance staff on tenant move-ins, annual tenant recertifications, and annual recert waivers for over 2000+ units in multiple states. Daria also oversees monthly HUD and RD transmissions for over 30 properties in Indiana, Illinois and Arizona. Additionally, Daria specializes in qualifying households for lease-ups of new LIHTC properties, Annual Owner Certifications, and state agency online reporting systems - in addition to investor audits for multiple properties in Indiana, Illinois and Arizona. Daria has extensive experience with layered funding streams.

Daria Parker attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they majored in accounting and business management. Daria also attended Cathedral High School. Daria is certified by the National Association of Home Builders in HCCP, Quadel Consulting & Training, LLC in AHM, The Spectrum Companies in Shining S.T.A.R., and Quadel Consulting & Training, LLC in TaCCs.
