Kristina Castle

Kristina Castle currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning at ReAlign Insurance Holdings, Inc. since July 2020 and has been a Partner at ReAlign Capital since 2018, focusing on investment opportunities in the lower middle market specialty insurance industry. Additionally, Kristina has been a Partner and Vice President at Rockbrook Advisors since April 2007, where the firm specializes in private equity investments in niche insurance companies. Previously, Kristina held the position of Director of Finance at FirstComp Insurance from 1997 to 2007. Kristina holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a BSBA in Accounting and Finance from Creighton University.
