Ashok Kumar Reddy Polu is an experienced software development professional with a strong background in leadership and engineering. Currently serving as a Development Team Lead at RealPage, Inc. since August 2023, Ashok previously held the position of Module Lead at Mphasis from January 2022 to August 2023. Prior to that, Ashok worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Motivity Labs for eight years and started as a Software Engineer at Vsplash TechLabs from September 2011 to January 2014.
