Pete Zadoretzky

Pete Zadoretzky currently serves as Sr. Director of Sustainability at RealPage, Inc. since October 2024. Prior to this role, Pete held the position of Sr. Director of ESG at Lorax and served as Sr. Director of ESG at LivCor, a Blackstone Company from August 2021 to September 2023. Pete's earlier experience includes various leadership roles at Bozzuto, including Vice President, Sustainability, and Director of Sustainability, and project management positions at Chevron Energy Solutions, Somerset Development Company, and EVI Corp. Pete began a career in the design field with positions at EDSA and christopher consultants, ltd., focusing on landscape architecture. Pete holds an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Development from The George Washington University School of Business and a BLA in Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University.
