Kyle Patrick Firlik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and customer success within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer for RealWear, Inc. since April 2017, Kyle focuses on developing scalable solutions to enhance workplace efficiencies, particularly in the automotive industry. Previous roles at RealWear include Director of Customer Success and Implementation and Global Manager of Customer Success, where Kyle played a pivotal role in deploying hands-free, voice-activated solutions. Prior to RealWear, Kyle worked at DAQRI as a Customer Application Engineer, providing support and training for Augmented Reality technologies. Kyle co-founded Brighteous Productions and has a background in business development with groopEase, Inc. Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Media and Communication Technology from Michigan State University.
