Ernest Sawicki

Ernest Sawicki is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Team Leader at RECARO Aircraft Seating since April 2021, where responsibilities include developing a platform project engineering team, overseeing documentation quality, supervising KPIs, and participating in customer meetings for upcoming projects. Previously, Ernest worked at WABCO from August 2017 to March 2021 as a Project Engineering Mechanical Design Engineer, focusing on the design of aluminum high-pressure die casting and rubber and plastic components for truck gear shifting units, as well as performing various FEA analyses. Ernest also gained experience as an Aerodynamic Engineer with PWR Racing Team from March 2015 to July 2017, contributing to the design and development of the aerodynamic package for a Formula Student car. Ernest earned a degree from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology between 2013 and 2016.
