Yohanna Tarapore

Yohanna Tarapore, MBA, currently serves as Retail Development Executive at Recochem Inc., where responsibilities include managing a portfolio of over 20 retail accounts throughout Canada and fostering strong customer relations. Prior to joining Recochem in July 2021, Yohanna held various roles at Emirates from February 2011 to April 2021, including Manager of Customer Sales and Service, Team Lead, and Sales & Systems Training Specialist. Achievements at Emirates include improved team performance leading to increased customer service scores and sales, as well as strategic development of customer service practices. Yohanna's academic background includes an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Coventry University, along with a Higher National Diploma in Travel & Tourism from Emirates Aviation University.
