Frans van Surksum

Frans Van Surksum is an experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as the Operational Director at RECOGNIZE since December 2020, overseeing the Centre of Excellence India and the integration of VWT ECC into Recognize, a subsidiary of Volker Wessels Telecom. Prior to this role, Frans spent nearly 19 years at VolkerWessels Telecom as the Manager of Engineering Offshore, where responsibilities included telecom engineering capacity management in the Netherlands and leading significant GIS conversion and migration projects. Frans's career also includes managerial positions at KPN Telecom and Philips Telecom Systems from 1985 to 2003. Education was completed at Dr A.F. Philipsschool between 1983 and 1985.
