Mr. Carboni has over 20 years of operations, team management, & network development experience with national as well as regional health plans. His strong business acumen and analytical abilities have enabled him to lead Beacon’s national pricing efforts as well as Anthem’s ACO with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, a $60 million provider while maintaining a $200 million hospital and physician network. He is a hands-on, collaborative leader with a proven track record of successfully managing high-performance teams ranging from 3 to 40 associates with organizations such as Private Healthcare Systems, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Anthem Blue Cross of New Hampshire, & Beacon Health Options. He has extensive experience in contracting operations such as rate & contract language negotiations, healthcare payment methodologies, and payment innovation including Value-Based Purchasing, ACOs, and Alternative Payment Methodologies.
