Krishna Kulkarni

Krishna Kulkarni is an experienced technology and management professional with a diverse background in engineering leadership, entrepreneurship, and economic analysis. Currently serving as a Fellow at the Recurse Center since August 2024, Krishna's focus includes machine learning, computer architecture, and the cognitive science of learning. Previously, as an Engineering Manager at Checkr, Inc., Krishna led the Adjudication Platform team, enhancing fairness in background checks for job seekers. Krishna also founded Career Copilots, which aims to increase upward mobility through personalized job search support. Prior roles include significant engineering leadership at Healthify and operational management in an education technology startup, alongside an academic background in Economics from Princeton University.
