Pietro Peterlongo

Pietro Peterlongo is a seasoned data scientist currently employed at Agile Lab since June 2024, and actively participating in the Recurse Center as a learner since November 2023. Previously, Pietro held the position of Principal Data Scientist at ToolsGroup from January 2015 to September 2023, where responsibilities included the development and management of Machine Learning Engines for supply chain solutions, along with overseeing junior and senior data scientists. Earlier experience includes a research fellowship at the University of Trento focusing on cryptography and project management, and a mathematics teaching role at Ginnasio Antonio Sema Pirano. Educational achievements encompass a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Scuola Normale Superiore and multiple degrees in mathematics and engineering from various prestigious institutions.
