Prof. Dr. Sascha Peters

Prof. Dr. Sascha Peters is an accomplished professional in the fields of design and material technology, currently serving as the Managing Owner of HAUTE INNOVATION since August 2009. Peters has been a Jury Member for the Red Dot Award - Product Design since February 2015 and served as a member of the Advisory Board for smart³ from 2014 to 2021. Previously, Peters held significant roles including Head of Competence Center Materials at Modulor GmbH and Deputy Head of Design Center Bremen at Bremer Design GmbH. With hands-on experience as a Project Engineer in Product Development at Fraunhofer-Institut für Produktionstechnologie IPT, Peters obtained a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, a doctoral degree in Design Sciences from the University of Duisburg-Essen, and a Bachelor of Arts in Product Design from Zuyd Hogeschool.
