Austin Weir

Austin Weir, M.A., BCBA, is a dedicated behavior analysis professional currently serving as a School BCBA at EdTheory since August 2023. Previously, Austin worked at Kadiant, where roles included Clinical Supervisor and Program Supervisor, focusing on developing ABA treatment plans, supervising behavioral technicians, and enhancing professional development. Austin's experience also encompasses roles as a Special Education Specialist at Rocketship Public Schools, where responsibilities included case management and IEP creation, and positions as a Registered Behavior Technician and Occupational Therapist Aide. Austin holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Utah.
