Beth Bell

Beth Bell has been a board member at Red River Mutual since 2018. Prior to that, they were with Manitoba Hydro as a board member and chair of the governance committee. Beth also served as a member of the Global Women's Executive Council at IBM. Beth Bell has been in the business world for over 35 years, starting their career at IBM in 1985. Beth has held various consulting and sales roles during their time with the company, and was eventually promoted to partner in 2004. In 2016, they became Vice President of Partner and Canadian Public Sector Leader. Beth Bell is an experienced businesswoman and a strong advocate for women in the workplace.

Beth Bell has completed the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with Honours from the University of Manitoba, and has received Workplace Mental Health Leadership and IBM Industry Academy Member certifications from Queen's University and IBM respectively.
