Don Kackman

Don Kackman has over two decades of experience in software development and solution delivery. Currently serving as the Director of Solution Delivery at Red Wing Shoe Co. since January 2024, Kackman previously held various leadership positions at Starkey Hearing Technologies, including Senior Director of Software Development and Director of Application Development, where responsibility encompassed the implementation of custom and off-the-shelf business applications. Earlier professional experience includes roles as Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineer at IT Software Engineering, and as a Software Analyst at Soilteq. Kackman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Minnesota, completed between 1987 and 1996.
