Katja Klose

Katja Klose serves as the Head of Development and Culture at Redcare Pharmacy since November 2021. Prior to this role, Katja held the position of Head of People and Leadership Development at SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE from November 2021 to May 2023. Katja's extensive experience includes a tenure at MES Menschen Entwicklung Systeme GmbH from May 2013 to February 2022, where roles included Leitung Büro Hamburg, Senior Berater, Beraterin und Trainerin, and Junior Beraterin. From June 2007 to May 2015, Katja worked as a Trainerin Beraterin Moderatorin (international) in the field of Personalentwicklung. Additionally, Katja served as Vice President of Organizational Development at the Deutsches komitee der AIESEC e.V. from June 2011 to November 2012. Katja holds a Diplom in Betriebspädagogik & Wirtschaftspsychologie from Universität Bielefeld (2008-2014) and a Diplom in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Münster (2005-2008).
