Carter Hinckley

Carter Hinckley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and consulting across various sectors. Currently serving as the CEO Peer Advisory Group Chair at Convene since 2020, Carter focuses on empowering Christian CEOs to enhance their businesses and leadership impact. In addition, Carter holds the position of Interim Executive Director at Redeemer Presbyterian Church. Prior roles include Managing Director at Blue Ridge Partners, where Carter specialized in enhancing the performance of companies' revenue engines, and Managing Director at Infinity Info Systems, which provided tailored software solutions for the financial services and life sciences sectors. Carter founded The Fieldstone Company, aimed at improving sales productivity through customer relationship management solutions, and worked as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and as VP of Financial Services Marketing at Merrill Lynch.
