Xijuan Zhang

Xijuan (Scarlett) Zhang, MBA, CPA CA, CIA, serves as the Director of Administration at Redeemeum, overseeing finance, HR, governance, legal, and compliance strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Creative Destruction Lab as Director of Legal & Governance and Head of Risk & Compliance, and a significant tenure at TD, where Xijuan held multiple senior management positions focused on testing, monitoring, governance, and regulatory compliance across various banking segments. Previous to this, Xijuan was a Senior Consultant at Protiviti, gaining valuable insights and expertise in risk management and internal audits. Xijuan holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the same institution.
