Ignacio Morillas

Ignacio Morillas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic development across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Startup Success and Head of Startup Operations at Redesign Health since June 2022, Ignacio plays a crucial role in driving innovation in healthcare. Previously, Ignacio held key positions as Chief Operating Officer at Hammerhead and Care/of, both businesses acquired by SRAM and Bayer, respectively. Ignacio's earlier roles include Senior Vice President and General Manager at Gilt City, Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, and Project Manager at Acciona Windpower North America. An analytical thinker with a strong background in supply chain management and operational transformations, Ignacio holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master’s from Télécom Paris, and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Currently, Ignacio also contributes as a Board Member at Stitch Employment Services Inc.
