Clive Tong

Clive Tong is a seasoned software architect and technical lead at Redgate Software since January 2021, specializing in database cloning solutions utilizing Kubernetes and container technologies. With a strong background in software engineering, Clive has held various roles, including lead engineer on the SQL Clone team and technical lead for the SQL Data Catalog and SQL Monitor products. Previous experience includes a position as a software engineer at Facebook, as well as software development roles at Speechmatics, Scientia Ltd, and Harlequin Ltd, where Clive contributed to projects involving machine learning and scheduling software. Clive's educational background includes a diploma in Computer Science and a BA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
