Karol Sobiech

Karol Sobiech is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in network engineering and systems development. Currently serving as Systems and Network Team Lead at Redge Technologies since May 2019, Karol oversees a team of IT specialists while enhancing the company's media and anti-DDoS platforms. Prior to this role, Karol held various positions at Nokia from 2008 to 2019, including Lab Architecture Lead and Service Lab Engineer, where responsibilities included managing technical projects and maintaining complex testbed infrastructures. Karol began a career in telecommunications at Polkomtel S.A. and Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. with a focus on network management and customer support. Karol holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Networks and Systems from Warsaw University of Technology.
