Nilay Saraiya

Nilay Saraiya is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant AppDev at Red Hat since October 2021, Nilay has a strong background in containerizing API microservices and working with AWS serverless architecture. Previous roles include Technical Architect for the NSW Department of Education, where Nilay focused on migrating applications to Red Hat JBoss EAP, and Senior Java Developer with companies such as Fuji Xerox Australia and British Petroleum. With a career spanning nearly two decades, including early positions as a Software Engineer and Technical Lead, Nilay has developed a broad skill set in Java technologies, microservices, and project management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University.
