Sanjeev Rampal

Sanjeev Rampal is a Senior Principal Engineer at Red Hat since January 2021, focusing on emerging technologies within the Office of the CTO. Prior to this role, Sanjeev Rampal spent over two decades at Cisco, holding the position of Principal Engineer and working on various networking and cloud products. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Engineer at Cerent Corp and Godrej & Boyce, and an Advisory Engineer at IBM, along with a position as a Scientific Officer at the Center for Microwave Research, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research. Sanjeev Rampal holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University, as well as both an MTech and BTech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
