Alan Deciantis

Alan DeCiantis is an experienced professional in product management and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Product at GHD since July 2022, where responsibilities include delivering digital products for public sector clients to enhance citizen engagement and streamline procurement. Previously, as Director of Product at FTS Inc. from August 2014 to July 2022, Alan contributed to community resilience through innovative solutions for situational awareness of extreme weather. Additional roles include Principal Hardware Product Manager at Nuance Communications, Product Manager at BlackBerry, Director of Engineering at Nikon, Process Engineering Manager at Mitchell Plastics, Six Sigma Blackbelt/Program Manager at Magna Closures, and Program Manager at Progressive Moulded Products. Alan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from McMaster University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
