Solongo Galbaatar

Solongo Galbaatar is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Superintendent at REDPATH MINING since May 2023. Prior to this role, Solongo held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Steppe Link Holding from March 2022 to May 2023 and was the Head of Human Resources at Tavan Bogd Foods Pizza LLC from December 2020 to December 2021. Solongo's career in Human Resources began at Redpath Mongolia LLC as a Human Resources Officer from March 2013 to September 2018, following a role as Tender & Office Manager at GYX Petro International from November 2011 to January 2013, where oversight of day-to-day office activities and financial performance monitoring were key responsibilities. Solongo holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Royal Holloway, University of London, completed in 2019.
