Eric Hay

Eric Hay is an experienced professional in software delivery and debt management, currently serving as a Debt Management Consultant at RedScreen (Pty) Ltd. since July 2024. Prior roles include Head of Third Party Software Delivery and Support at Principa, where responsibilities encompassed managing integration and client relationships, as well as leading projects to integrate proprietary software with major loan management solutions. With a background in software support, project management, and system analysis from previous positions at companies like PIC Solutions, TFG (The Foschini Group), and Woolworths Financial Services, Eric has developed expertise in IBM Mainframe, Cobol, and credit processing systems.
