Amogh Srivastava

Amogh Srivastava is a legal professional with extensive experience in arbitration and dispute resolution. Currently serving as a YSIAC Member at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and as a Member of Young ICCA since August 2019, Amogh has a strong background as an Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co from January 2019 to July 2023, where representation of clients in various sectors including construction and information technology was a key focus. Previous positions include an Associate role at the Chamber of Mr. Shaunak Kashyap and several internships at prestigious law firms and chambers. Amogh is pursuing a Master of Laws in Transnational Arbitration and Dispute Settlement at Sciences Po and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from NALSAR, along with a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) in Corporate and Commercial Laws from NUSRL.
