Brian Bewley

Brian Bewley serves as a Partner in the Life Sciences Health Industry Group at Reed Smith LLP since June 2023, following a series of prominent roles including Partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP from December 2020 to June 2023, and Partner at Goodwin for a brief period in 2020. Brian's extensive experience also includes serving as a Member at Bass, Berry & Sims from February 2018 to August 2020, and as Senior Counsel and Team Leader at the HHS Office of Inspector General from May 2007 to June 2012, focusing on health care fraud and abuse. Prior roles include Attorney positions at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, handling grant fraud litigation, and at the U.S. Department of Justice as part of the Attorney General's Honors Program. Brian Bewley began a career in service as a Peace Corps Volunteer from May 1999 to June 2001.
