Eduardo Wichtel

Eduardo Wichtel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and business leadership. Currently serving as a Partner and Forum Leader at REF since January 2023, Wichtel provides non-competing peer advice to business leaders. In addition, Wichtel has held the position of Director at Think Thanks since July 2015, where the consultancy specializes in digital business strategy development for sustainable growth in Latin America. As President of Garwich Group since its founding in July 1995, Wichtel oversees representation of Omnicom marketing communications brands in Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia. Wichtel also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Youpanqui, focusing on delivering business results through creative advertising for numerous prominent clients. Previously, Wichtel managed Young & Rubicam as Andean President and held significant roles at Ogilvy and Acer, contributing to substantial growth and success in regional markets. Wichtel holds a degree in Psychology and an MBA from Universidad de Belgrano.
