Tomasz Skrobisz

Tomasz Skrobisz is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in overseeing engineering activities across various sectors, particularly in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Engineering Director Europe at Refresco since September 2015, Tomasz manages key capital investments across 41 production facilities in nine countries. Prior roles include Engineering Director Europe & UK Projects Director, Engineering Group Manager, and Head of Engineering UK at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where Tomasz led the engineering function for the Polish supply chain and supported operations in Nigeria. Previous positions include Engineering Director in Poland at Provimi and Engineering & Implementation Manager at Boccard, as well as project management roles at GATX Rail Europe, The Avon Company, and Philips. Tomasz holds an Executive MBA from Oxford Brookes University and a Master of Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology.
