Jessica Lazo

Jessica Lazo has extensive experience in network management and regulatory affairs within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Network Management at Regal Medical Group since October 2014, Jessica oversees all aspects of Network Management, ensuring efficient workflow and thorough research under the guidance of the Senior VP of Regional Operations. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at Health Net from May 2009 to October 2014, including Legal Regulatory Affairs Analyst, where responsibilities involved conducting comprehensive research on member and provider disputes, and as Medicare Appeals and Grievances Coordinator, focusing on resolving appeals and quality of care issues. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from California State University, Northridge, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Los Angeles Mission College.
