Laurent Develle

Laurent Develle serves as the EVP Group General Counsel and Head of Corporate Affairs at Regal Springs, the world's largest vertically integrated white fish farming producer, since August 2021. Laurent is also the founder of Develle Insights, providing outsourced legal and compliance services, and is a member of the Advisory Council for SeaAhead, focusing on innovation and sustainability in ocean-related ventures. In addition, Laurent contributes to the IUCN's World Commission on Environmental Law, working on marine genetic resources governance. Previous roles include Group General Counsel at Ameropa and Millicom, Global Chief Legal Officer at Louis Dreyfus Company, and Of Counsel at FRORIEP, with a specialization in sustainability and impact financing. Laurent holds advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including an LLM from the University of Lausanne and a PhD in Law from the University of Geneva.
