Shalom Schwartz

Shalom Schwartz is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in providing legal counsel, particularly to hi-tech companies and investment firms. Currently serving as a Contracts Analyst in the Legal Department at Regent Cabinet Solutions since July 2024, Shalom previously held the position of Legal Associate at Arnon, Tadmor-Levy from July 2022 to March 2024, focusing on transactions involving investments in startups and venture lending. Prior to that, Shalom served as In-House Counsel for a private equity investment firm from June 2013 to June 2022, overseeing corporate compliance related to a US-based crowdfunding platform. Shalom began a legal career as Counsel at Natiss & Gordon, P.C. from February 2003 to June 2017. Shalom Schwartz holds a JD with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a BA in Biology from Yeshiva University.
