The Communications and Strategy Team at Region Gävleborg is responsible for shaping and implementing strategic communication initiatives to support regional development. They handle public relations, manage communication strategies for infrastructure and healthcare, coordinate civil defense communication, and provide political and strategic advice to enhance regional growth and public health initiatives.
