Philippe Rossinot

Philippe Rossinot is a seasoned professional in research, innovation, and deep tech advisory, currently serving as a Research & Innovation, Deeptech & Digital advisor to the President at Région Île-de-France since May 2023. As the Founding President of Innovation Partner since August 2021, Philippe specializes in structuring private equity funds, developing financing tools, and supporting startups in the newspace sector. Philippe's previous roles include international expert at Expertise France focusing on Blue Economy ecosystems, financial advisor at Smart Capital, and deeptech project manager at Bpifrance, where significant efforts were made to establish France as a deeptech nation. Other leadership experiences include serving as CEO for Lencify and Linkinnov, and managing knowledge economy investments at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts. Philippe's academic credentials include a PhD in Physics and Astronomy from Cardiff University, along with advanced finance studies at HEC Paris and a visiting research position at Caltech.
