Darryl Spencer

Darryl Spencer is an experienced transportation engineering professional currently serving as the Manager of Transportation Engineering for the Region of Waterloo since May 2019, having previously held positions such as Senior Engineer in Transportation Planning and Acting Manager of Transportation Planning. Prior to this role, Darryl Spencer worked for the City of Toronto from February 2014 to May 2019, where positions included Project Manager for Infrastructure Planning and Transportation Engineer in ITS Operations. Experience also includes a role as a Transportation Planner at HDR from July 2008 to February 2014. Darryl Spencer earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo between 2003 and 2008.
