Andres de Vaan

Andres de Vaan has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Lead Ground Engineer at Regional Jet Center B.V. since 2002, holding cat B1 & cat C Licenses for Embraer E2 and Embraer 170/175/190/195/Lineage-1000, along with a test run and taxi license, and certifications for Pratt & Whitney engines. Prior to this role, Andres worked at Martinair from March 2002 to January 2015, progressing from Mechanic to Lead Ground Engineer. Andres's early career began as an Aircraft Maintenance apprentice at British Airways from 2001 to 2002. Educationally, Andres earned a degree in Aircraft Technician at Nederlands Luchtvaart College from 1997 to 2001, achieving VOT-M level 4.
